Spicy Mango Chutney

I’ll be honest—sometimes my fridge is where open jars of condiments go to die, sadly forgotten and unused. But not this time. I have reached for Karachi Kitchen’s mango chutney over and over again and keep finding ways to use it.

Curries need some aromatic spice and flavorful heat? Cumin, fennel, turmeric, and chili powder check those boxes. Tacos need a little bit of sweetness and texture? Coarsely grated mango and brown sugar to the rescue. Cheese boards need some tang that’s more interesting than a pickle? A spoonful of chutney will do the trick.
