Jumbleberry Coffee Cake

The Zingerman’s Bakehouse pastry masterminds start with the already luscious, rich and buttery Vanilla Butter Coffee Cake as the base batter for this coffee cake. They take the batter made with organic flour and Vermont Creamery cultured butter and fold in a mélange of berries: blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and cranberries. The bright, sweet, juicy flavors of the berries balance the buttery richness of the coffee cake.

Choose from the small "Nosher" (serves 5-7) or large "Fresser" (serves 10-12) sized cakes. Each comes gift boxed either in our wooden cheese crate or our fun, cartoon cardboard gift box.
