Chocolate Orange Passover Torte

For just a few weeks of the year we make some fantastic Chocolate Orange Tortes.

A dense cake made with matzo meal (so it's acceptable for Passover), the tortes are loaded with ground almonds, fresh eggs, a touch of orange oil and tons of rich chocolate. To finish them off, they're covered in a chocolate glaze and coated with slivered almonds.

It all comes nicely boxed in our colorful, cartooned gift box.
